Doc Package Automation & QC
Two services that transform your post-close workflow. Package Automation splits, classifies, and restacks your closing documents. Quality Control compares signed and pre-signed packages to catch missing signatures, dates, initials, and stamps — before they become problems.

How It Works
Document Package Automation
When closing packages arrive, your team shouldn’t have to manually split a 100+ page PDF into individual documents and tag each one. Pythonic’s agent accepts your document packages, splits them into individual documents, classifies each document by type, and restacks them into output packages based on your business rules.
Intelligent Splitting
Separates multi-document packages into individual documents, even when page counts vary.
Classification
Identifies each document by type using your organization’s document type list and naming conventions.
Restacking
Reassembles split documents into output packages ordered according to your business rules.
Document Package Quality Control
Quality control on signed closing packages is essential but tedious. Pythonic’s QC agent compares your pre-signed and signed packages page by page, identifying exactly what needs attention so your team can focus on resolving issues rather than hunting for them.

Missing Page Detection: Identifies pages present in the pre-signed package that are absent from the signed package.
Signature & Initial Detection: Checks every expected signature and initial block across the entire package.
Date Verification: Confirms dates are present and within expected ranges.
Notary Verification: Detects notary stamps, signatures, commission dates, and state compliance.
Alteration Detection: Flags crossed-out words, initialed changes, and other modifications to signed documents.
Standalone or Add-On: Generates a detailed report your team uses to efficiently review flagged items and compare signatures.
Direct Integration: Property data populates the correct fields in SoftPro Select or Resware.
Document Attachment: Tax cards, maps, and deed images are attached directly to the file.
Pairs with Order Entry:: When combined with automated order entry, retrieval happens automatically as part of opening a new file.
Data Delivered to Your Production System
Retrieved property data is written directly to the appropriate file in your production system. Your team sees the data in the same place they see everything else — no extra logins, no separate reports, no copy-and-paste.
